Provided that your item is unworn, and still has its original tags attached. A $7.95 handling fee will be subtracted from your exchange for a shipping and handling fee. Please see exclusions for exchanges below. Bobbirox is not responsible for goods that are lost or stolen on their behalf if item is tracked and delivered but not received.
If your exchange does not meet the requirements above, you will be contacted immidiately and your items will be retuned.
All BOBBIROX apparel is carefully inspected for quality control before sent out to their proud new owners. If you are returning an item that has been damaged upon receipt, or have recieved the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery VIA email with a description and images of the issue to [email protected] BEFORE processing your item as defective/ and or wrong item received. Please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping lable VIA email. Carriers are subject to change at anytime, please be mindful of the carrier for shipment in the subject line of your approval correspondence email.
Once approved, your shipping label will be emailed. Affix lebel to box, seal, and return to our selected carrier. Be sure to ship back any unwanted items with in 5 days of processing your store credit. In the event this time exceeds 5 days you may be subjected to additional fees.

REPAIR POLICY:
BOBBIROX stands behind each and every handmade piece created. At anytime should you find your apparel item has unfortunately ripped, and or any handmade custom hardware has sadly fallen apart, please contact us immediately! There is NOTHING worse than looking at an item in your wardrobe that you LOVE and can't wear because of an unfortunate event. Notify all repairs to [email protected]
